  2. Type cmd -> right click on Command Prompt -> choose Run as administrator.
  3. Type shutdown.exe /r /o and hit Enter.

Method 4: force Windows to start in advanced boot options.

  3. Repeat this for 2 to 4 times.

Method 5: use the HP recovery disk.
